Tomorrow America will be swearing in its First Black President of the United States. Excitement’s in the air and we are all anticipating the great changes President Barack Obama will be bringing these next few years. This change – like that of the late great Martin Luther King Jr. – will affect us, our children, our grandchildren and so on.
Throughout this month’s shows, Tammi Lorraine and Dover have also been promoting change and this episode isn’t any different. Enjoy as we discuss getting your body, mind, and spirit together in ‘09 – with inspiration from President Obama. What a great day this is. January 20, 2009. Guys it has been awhile since I have visited your program, but I must say I love the new look. You are still keeping it real.
It is sad that we have to have this conversation, but we do. There are no excuses. Protect yourself. It’s your life, don’t let someone else take it away from you.
